Jumbo Spring Porgies

With the Fluke being finicky eaters, I decided to try porgy fishing today for some Jumbo Springtime Porgys. The fishing didn't let me down. The bite was steady all day, and all fish were legal keepers, with some sea robins mixed in. Picked up my friend Jim Stumpf partway through the day to continue fishing. Even with wind against tide conditions, we keep 15 big Jumbo porgies for the table, and threw back fish all day. The water warmed up slightly, and a few more nice days should make all the difference.
