First Keeper Fluke of the Season

With the sun shining and the wind blowing, we headed out to catch the outgoing tide on the fluke grounds. It was difficult wind against tide conditions, but soon it paid off. After a couple of drifts filled with sea robins, the guys landed two nice fat keeper fluke. A few more shorts were landed before moved on. After a fruitless first drift, again we connected with a nice keeper fish. The water is warming, and these fish are moving in. Come on out and see the bounty of our local waters.
